    Compress toward a specific file size

    • ImageFlow tests a bounded set of JPEG, WebP, or AVIF quality levels against the selected byte target.
    • Use it for a KB or MB upload limit; pixel dimensions stay unchanged.
    • The search cannot guarantee an exact or reachable size. If the target is missed, the closest tested result remains available.
