    Before you start

    Auto-orient saves the displayed orientation

    • Auto-orient uses the browser's embedded-orientation handling and saves the displayed pixel order.
    • Use it when an image rotates between viewers; use Rotate Image when you want to choose a new angle.
    • It cannot guarantee identical display in every viewer, and an already-oriented image may produce no same-format output.
