    Renaming changes filenames without re-encoding

    • Rename applies one pattern to an ordered batch and can include the current name, sequence, dimensions, or date.
    • Use it to prepare consistent export names; use Convert Image when file content must also change.
    • Only filenames change, while image bytes, dimensions, and formats stay the same.
